Run your whole pipeline from your phone
There's a particular kind of stress that comes from being away from your desk when a lead goes cold, or from not knowing whether you're tracking to target until you're back in front of a monitor. Brokers don't work nine-to-five at a desk. You work in the car between appointments, in a client's kitchen, in the gaps between meetings. Your pipeline shouldn't be locked to a laptop.
That's the thinking behind three features we've brought together in the Effi mobile experience: a Kanban board for your pipeline, a KPI view for your numbers, and one-tap calling straight from the lead card. None of these are new ideas on their own, but having all three in your pocket, connected to the same data your desktop sees, changes how you actually work a day.
The Kanban board: your pipeline, wherever you are
Every deal you're running lives on a card, and every card lives in a column that matches its stage: new lead, contacted, fact find, approval, settlement, whatever your workflow looks like. Drag a card from one column to the next and the deal moves with it, instantly, everywhere. No syncing later, no double entry when you get back to the office.
On a phone, that board becomes a fast way to triage your day. Open the app in the car park before a meeting, see what's sitting in "contacted" a little too long, and decide what needs a call before you walk in the door. The board isn't a smaller version of the desktop pipeline. It's the same pipeline, just built to be read and acted on with a thumb.
The KPI view: your numbers without the spreadsheet
Most brokers know their numbers exist somewhere: in a report, a dashboard, a spreadsheet someone updates weekly. The KPI view puts the numbers that actually matter to you front and centre: leads in, conversion rate, settlements this month, pipeline value, whatever you've set as the metrics that tell you how the month is really going.
It updates as your pipeline moves, so there's no lag between doing the work and seeing it reflected. If you close a deal at 4pm on a Friday from the back of a client's driveway, your numbers move with you, not on Monday when someone runs a report.
Ringing a client straight off the lead card
The smallest feature is often the one that saves the most time. Every lead card carries the client's contact details, and from that card you can call them directly: no copying a number into your phone's dialler, no hunting through a separate contacts app, no risk of ringing the wrong person because two tabs got confused.
It sounds minor until you're doing it forty times a week. Cutting three or four steps out of "I need to call this person" adds up to real time back in your day, and it means the call happens closer to the moment you decided to make it, which is usually when a lead is warmest.
Why it matters together
Each of these on its own is a convenience. Together, they cover the loop that actually drives a broker's day: see where a deal sits, know if you're on track, and act on it immediately. A pipeline you can only see, numbers you have to chase, and a phone number you have to look up separately: that's three extra steps between noticing something and doing something about it. Collapsing that loop into one screen, on the device that's already in your hand, is the whole point.
If you haven't opened the Effi app on your phone recently, it's worth a look. Your pipeline's already there, waiting.
