Do you restrict features with a free trial?

No, you will be able to try all of our features for 30 days and receive a full experience of the depth and breadth of Effi. That way you’ll know exactly what you’re getting when you become an Effi partner. If you would like to receive valuable leads during the 30-day free trial and experience all Effi has to offer you will need to agree this in advance through the Broker Portal, as Effi does charge a fee for these leads, even during the 30-day free trial.

Do you have a setup cost?

Absolutely not. There are no setup fees and no hidden gimmicks.

Can my brokers and co-workers within the business join the free trial?

Yes, you can invite as many brokers as you want within your business to join the Effi 30-day free trial. Simply click ‘Invite a Broker’ within the Broker Portal once your account is activated and the 30-day free trial will be applied automatically to every new broker account you introduce.

Will my data be safe?

Protecting your data is central to everything we do. We use state-of-the-art encryption for all data, whether at rest or in transit over public networks, to ensure maximum uptime and safety of your records. We store and protect your data using world-class hosting infrastructure in AWS (Amazon Web Services). For optimized performance and compliance, the Effi databases of users are stored in Australian data centres.

What’s the difference between annual and monthly billing?

The difference is how often you pay your subscription fee. With annual billing, you are charged once for the whole year and receive a discounted on the monthly pricing fee.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most domestic cards and bank direct debits for both monthly or annual payments. We do not charge an additional processing fee of any kind.

For monthly subscriptions, your card or account will be debited in advance each month, 5 days prior to the next monthly billing cycle.

For annual subscriptions, your card or account will be debited in advance each year, 5 days prior to the next annual billing cycle.

Does Effi issue a tax invoice?

Following your first payment Effi will issue you with a tax invoice. If you choose to pay monthly Effi will automatically debit your chosen account and email you a tax invoice. If you chose to pay annually Effi will automatically debit your chosen account and email you a tax invoice.

Does Effi store my card or debit account details?

Effi complies with the banking code practice and all card and debit account information is securely held by a trusted third party.

What is a User?

A user is any person who uses the platform. Our pricing plan is simple and our monthly/annual fee is on a per user basis.
